Is PeachTree City, Ga a nice place to raise a family?

My family and I are considering re-locating to North GA and in doing my research I am falling in love with PeachTree City. It seems like a really nice community to raise a family. I would love to hear from anyone who lives there or knows of it personally. What are your thoughts on living in Peach Tree City? Thanks!

1. I live in metro Atlanta - and I have only heard good things about Peachtree City, too. I heard it is one of the best places to raise your family in Georgia. You have been correctly informed. Unfortunatley I have never been there myself, so I can't give you any personal insight. Sorry. Hope your move goes well!
2. I live in Las Vegas and the people that I work for moved out here to open a new location for their company. They moved from Peachtree City GA. That is where our corporate office is and I go there once a year and absolutely LOVE it. I have heard nothing but GREAT things about the place. I would move there in a heartbeat. Good luck with the move.
3. Its south of the city (Atlanta), a little rural, but Peachtree City is a beautiful place, with decent schools.
4. I absoultuly love living in ptc georgia. I have lived here since i was 5 which is a long time. Each neighborhood is family freindly and kids are always playing outside. We also have something very unusual here we have golfcarts!!!! these are amazing we have miles and miles of paths that take you all over ptc (Peachtree ciy) Our main shopping center is called the Avenue everyone loves going there and you can drive your golfcart there too!
